We have been in the restaurant business for many years. Our fathers had their own restaurants and we were actually raised in a restaurant kitchen. Growing up we all thought that after college we would go our separate ways, but destiny kept us together and the Greek in us kept us in the restaurant business. One of the most rewarding aspects of this business is the opportunity we have to get to know our customers, becoming friends and to, over the years, watch their children grow into adult customers.
